Who to trust

Trust is something that is earned.
Something that takes years to build but,
only mere seconds to destroy.
Who can you trust?
In a world full of deception of so many untruths?
Trust yourself. That is my answer, trust that you
will have good judgement of who to trust.
Forgive those who hurt you.
Why live in a life of bitter rage?
I say forgive,
but to trust someone who has stabbed you?
Now that is who you should be weary of.
