Duality of the Raven

by Amadeous   Jul 31, 2013

Somber glow pale morning
The snow came without warning
The leaves fell; hibernation's
Dwelling in my safe haven
I died once, became a raven
Suffocating I'm damnation
With black feathers falling down
As I try to fly away
Regardless, I still drown
I stay down
Hopeless mess of hopelessness
Dispossessing the key to my home built of happiness
Transgressing thoughts nonetheless
Stuck within my convalesce
Duality takes place
I'm the dark bird
Poised of finesse
living in disgrace
