Illuminated Darkness

by Daylight Lucidity   Aug 4, 2013

Silence rings loud in darkened rooms
Though soft gleams from smiles
Illuminates faces of love and youth
Enveloping both in testing trials
Of trust and devotion.
Hearts pound feverishly
With each renewed touch,
Passion burning through tension
And igniting a fire building in their souls.
Soft kisses raining from timid lips
As hands twine together firmly,
Sparks of love, like fireworks,
Brightening a dark sky with beauty.

*challenge, using the words firework(s), silence, sparks and youth*
