Beauty on the Inside

by Ev   Aug 22, 2013

If beauty on the inside is what matters,

then,

If I slice my body down the middle,

And turn myself inside out,

have my flesh be my skin,

and my heart be within fingertip reach,

my black lungs tortured visibly,

will Someone love me then?

Will I be Beautiful then?

Let me get my Blade.
