THINGS GONE WRONG

by shannon   Aug 25, 2013

This is not a poem,
its simply facts about my life,
oh how I wish somebody,
anybody would take on my strife.
He promises me this,
and lies about that I am not mad,
i am pissed beyond belief.
So where is the aspire,
and all that other stuff for relief.
This love affair wasn't brief,
but why am I paying dearly.
With a ring, no marriage, a man,
no caring and a broken heart.
That just about sums up me,
I was a fool for some man made tool.
A peach ripe for the picking,
I prayed now time is ticking.
I want to leave but I cant,
bittersweet with no song,
I cried throw nights to mornings long.
is he the one my mind wonders,
but my heart proceeds on a fool,
is what they call me.
Ever been in love,
bet my heart would prove them wrong.
am I to blame that I been in this to long,
am no longer the victim,
this is an example of a relationship, gone wrong.
