Audacity

by Yakari Gabriel   Oct 26, 2013

They are some things I've been aching to say to you, but I don't wanna repeat the same mistake, I'm not handing anyone all that power over my emotions again.

However, let me make it clear that this
Isn't about whether we'll ever sleep with each other or not, whether you will ever complete your mission or not, its not about giving me orgasms that make my toes stretch or being sinful
But its about you knowing that you're the most beautiful soul I have lay my eyes upon

you're a sunflower in a garden of roses Sometimes I look at you and I wish I could pick the sun from your eyes, I wish I could whisper your name into your mouth. sometimes I look at you and I'm both dazed and amazed.

Tonight all I wanna do is slip open your chest and put this poem to rest in your insides tonight I'm speaking like tomorrow doesn't matter because its about time you know that you're as fine as they make them It is about time you know, you're worthy, and
beautiful.

That if you were a diamond you'd be the ocean dream one, based on color its the rarest one and I did research on that, it is essential for me to let you that I'm not fooling around, that I mean every syllable like a heartbeat, every line like a promise I'm aching to keep.
I was never brave enough to admit things so shamelessly but tonight I'll just say, that I've had dreams in where your body lay on mine like it was trying to keep a secret. I've had dreams in which your arms were my home, I've had dreams in which...your soul and mine walked on the beach together and dug each other open until there was nothing left to find, in which your hips moved with the rhythm of mine and laying on my chest was all you ever looked forward to.

I've had dreams darling, I've had dreams in which it didn't truly matter that you belonged to someone else.
