The Waking Dawn

by Mickaelia   Nov 15, 2013

Strong physicality endures this pressure

A hit nobody should've missed,

I ducked and challenged him to resist

His clenching thrust thwarts my chests warming

I let him off with a warning

These fists should consider illegal, lethal

An act Congress would sure to repeal

Dancing on the edge of a cliff

The Edge is a rough spot to meddle.

In this sociopathic spot I dabble

Because the play is rough

My physiology can't get enough

It's a challenge

I refuse to lose.

Breaking society's boundary

These lines confine me.

Until the day we wake to our Settle

I will stretch the hardest metal

In bed, I would spin your head

Muscles you never knew existed

Would ache until the night turns cold.

From the start of the movie, till the wrinkles in the sheets

Turn this night into pleasure and sin

Pull you under and drill you in

Hands together

Diamond rings on each fingers

Pounding our fears away

Swear.. to marry you someday.

I would hold your face and kiss you

Until the waking dawn breaks through.
