I render my soul
To what cannot be controlled
Time to let it all go
Now I know

What I felt was real
It's time to conceal
All the hurt I feel
That only time will heal

Open wounds bleeding from my heart
It's time to make a new start
One step now two, I depart
Slowly at first then faster and stronger as I part

As time beats away
