1986

by Chris Swiderski   Apr 18, 2014

Halley's heavenly signature marked me
Down in the checklist upon earthly crust
Soaring just beyond planetary grasps
An overseer to my very beginnings

Embolden by the fetching sun
Blazing trail for my first breath
A crystalline nomad unto it's own
Traversing the great beyond

With eyes too humble, twas blind
It's onlooking, I cannot recall
A pale elder may catch a glimpse
Should this wanderer return anew
