Hmmm, I found this interesting, but also very genuine of the current generation of humanity. A lot of times in relationships, one person can be the only one who loves and cares about the other person. Sometimes the other person doesn't even really care about his partner, and he/she is only in the relationship to satisfy their own personal wants or needs. What makes matters even worse is when the person who is putting their all into the relationship knows deep inside that their partner doesn't truly love or care about them, yet they continue to love this person. I'm guilty of this myself in past relationships, holding onto something when I need to let go no matter how much it's going to hurt because you will find someone, one day, who cares and loves you back and will put as much of their time and effort in the relationship as you are.
Now onto the poem! I found it a bit difficult to read at first because of the misuse of grammar and punctuation. Although nowadays, those qualities can be sacrificed in poetry. After a couple more read throughs, I was able to get into a flow and get into the poem more. I like how you keep repeating that "I know" to show us that you already know you aren't being treated the same in return, yet you still love and care for them. The poem is very passionate and full of emotion. I can tell you love this person and that you are hurting because you know they will never feel the same about you. Also I like how you keep you each stanza's on a different topic of this person and/or relationship.
All in all, I found the poem to be a great read. I hope you continue to write and grow in your skill! Great job and keep writing!
