God of Wine #04

by HumanInATree   Mar 13, 2015

I drink cheep chardonnay as i walk the streets
with beer feet late at night
the skies are black and my mind inquires
stories of the interstellar type
this bottle goes down like the sun
and wonder if i was the one left behind
or if I'm loosing everyone
nothing last forever may i have another one
I'm not the one burning, please
i was never able to see her
but after tonight ill be gone
no longer standing at the old hill side
but I'm begging just one more, please
never mind ill find another one
