Proud to be me

Today I start my life anew. I have the strength in my mind, body and soul to accept the challenges that come my way. I have the courage to face the unknown. I have the wisdom and the knowledge to make the right choices for myself.
I have the power to be me.
The me I know is strong, courageous, caring and thoughtful. I am hopeful, kind, trustworthy and honest. I am beautiful and spiritual. I strive to learn all I can to help others and myself.
Nature is the church where I give thanks to my higher power for what I have and what I may receive.
I promise to myself to take care of me, physically, mentally and emotionally so that I can have the knowledge, strength, courage and power to be what I know I can be.
