Wonderful piece - I almost felt like I was there on that boat with you! From the meandering and melodic first half of the poem to the darker second part of a coming storm and the dangers inherent, it was a fascinating read delivered in your usual charming style.

What I gather from this is one should never take life for granted, no matter how good it is or bad life's experience is our teacher-appreciate it.

I like how the story unfolded of a beautiful moment then becoming a dangerous trail to tread upon. Alas one should always feel grateful for the blessings bestowed upon us :)
