Uncomfortably Confused

by Kathy Mitchell   Feb 5, 2016

Uncomfortably confused
Irreplaceable soul
Rest if you must

Feelings of distortion now surrounds her soul
This nonsense you created scattered & broken
As her thoughts wade through the disappointments
Inaccurately carelessly discriminated
Her quality of worth

Sacrificing another's feelings
For your ignorance of truth
You so fearlessly fear to speak

Uncomfortably confused
Irreplaceable soul
Rest if you must

When things go wrong as they sometimes do
It will forever be their loss for giving up on you
Do not let the hero in you overwhelm your aching soul
For the life you deserve is forever your goal

Stay true and believe
There is someone out there for you
It exists
It's possible
And it will be
Forever if you let it be...

    Hello Kathy,

What I love most about being on this site is that sometimes a new member joins and shows real talent. This is another excellent piece of writing and one I enjoyed.
    All the very best,
    Ben
