Driving Mad

by ELI A SHAME OF MISERY   Mar 16, 2016

I'm driving mad , driving mad , driving mad , delirium , I like it just a little bit more than you , even when you don't , masochism , it excites me , I have a need for speed , indulge far too much , what have I done ? immerse in trouble , rubble .

I'm driving mad , driving mad , driving mad , collision , crash , dangerous driving ,over the limit , drink driving mad , I am now driving mad without a vehicle , driving mad through the city streets , I put my foot down and accelerate , I need to stop driving like this , in a car I cant afford , worn down tyres , pursuit with the met.

I have been apprehended , driving mad , driving mad , driving mad no more , now my mind is at rest , reduced my speed , passive aggressive ,after a long day coming , playing in the dark , skipping heart upset mind , crime , horror , hell.

The manic pace of this piece is exhilarating, lending a presage of doom from the beginning. The three phases (driving, crash & running, apprehension) provide a logical, yet almost comical story line.

Well done, and welcome to PnQ.
