I hate you

by Allie   Mar 23, 2016

The thought of you touching me stings like a bee, your promises echo in my mind. I stare at the wall grinding my teeth, shaking hands, tear stained eyes. The shit you put me through, the pain I felt from every inch of you. The screaming, the crying. You were supposed to protect me, you promised you would never hurt me. You took my hand and led me into the darkness of a place, I should've never seen. Your whispers, your hands all over me, your breath on my neck. It sickens me. I begged you to stop, I screamed for someone to help me, for three years you preyed on me, you destroyed me. I hate you, I hate you, I hate you. You will never understand the damage you did to me, the fear I feel everyday. The thought of you touching me stings like a bee. Your promises echo in my mind. Words mean nothing now, pain is my medicine. All because of your empty promises, your cold hands leading me into the darkness. I hate you, I hate you, I hate you.

Wow! Again another intense write! This person obviously had a lot of control over you and I am so glad to see that this person is no longer calling the shots. It takes a great deal of strength to still be standing after all that, so stand tall and know you are a survivor! Well done. Brenda

Thank you Brenda! It hasn't been a easy battle but I'm trying. I'm not a victim anymore, I'm a survivor just like you said, and thanks for seeing me that way!

Such a deep piece. Love how you repeat I hate you at the end just shows you mean it.
