Looking at Depression

by Quantas   May 29, 2016

Looking into the eyes
Eyes of hate him self
Thinking why are you here
As hate couldn't speak for thy self
Only point to things that hate knew
Knew that I would hate it too
As I saw that very man who stole my life
The life I worked hard for to keep close and tight
But the man was depression and wow he was strong
Strong enough to rumble us all
As depression came and stole what was rightfully ours
Never thinking that our lives wouldn't have no power
Power to face him and make him stop
Stop making our lives a completely dead tree stomp
Now we live a life or love and wishes
A life that only can be made
By ones who faced depression
And came back with no extra ambitions....
