Haunted (Triolet)

by stormingdance (Lessa)   Aug 16, 2016

I trace the lines of your timbered soul
That echo through the wilderness
Your brazen silhouette made sharp and bold
I trace the lines of your timbered soul
Where nature breathes me whole
She leaves us free to be creative and aimless
I trace the lines of your timbered soul
That echo through the wilderness.

This is beautiful, the imagery is perfect.
I will have to look this up as not familiar with this form, maybe a footnote would help?

This is excellent, Amariah. I love reading and writing nature pieces and I have read two from you in five minutes!
To be honest, like so many other forms, the triolet is one I have meant to try and will get onto eventually.

You mentioned that you had added me to your favourites - you are now well and truly in mine, also.

    Great stuff,
