I like this opening as it makes us as readers try and work out what's happened and as a person going through a break up we always ask the same things... Was it something we did or could we have done things differently and truth is no.

I like this couplet because when we are pushed away we try and try to get things back to how they were but then we keep getting pushed away so in the end enjoy the feeling of being away from this person especially as it's easier than being pushed away so we walk. I like how you repeated these lines about like a reminder to yourself that it wasn't your fault, you were pushed away.

Nights probably look scarier for a little but once we get back our mojo, they will be fine. I must say I am wimp when it comes to the dark so hate being alone but have come to get used to it, even if it's scary for me lol.
