Without you

by Saipratyushpanda   Nov 3, 2016

You was the smell of my life rose
But without you the smell is gone
You was the polestar of my life ship
But without you the ship is lost
You was moon of my sky
But without you it turns to dark sky
You was the garden of my life
But without you the garden is dried

You was everything for me
You was everyone for me
Without you what I will do
Without you what I will do
Without you what I will do

Please forgive me for my mistake
And take me out from this darkness
If not a lover , but as a friend
Pls talk to me , pls talk to me

You have captured the true meaning of a broken heart in this sad yet beautifully penned piece. Every word, every line, screams of the pain of losing a love that once was treasured. I feel your pain in this reality based piece. Beautifully done.

Hi I must say this is a great little piece. Lost love especially when that person was the sun, stars and moon to us can be unbearable for a awhile but we do get through it. Like Michael, I like the repetition because it adds to the pleading, sombre tone of the whole piece so well done.

I really feel the desperation, the pain. I like the repeated pleas, they work well to create the right impact.

    Well done.

    Michael
