I'll Carry On

I broke down again today,
Everyday I still feel the pain.
I can’t explain what it’s done to me,
But somehow all this grief
Has made a change you see.

My heart now feels forever week,
My will is not as strong as it used to be,
My goals in life are now no more,
All this happened when you walked out the door.

I’ll pick myself up
And carry on once again,
But this time will be so different.

Maybe, just maybe,
There’s more for me in the end.
