Dubai dreams, running wild, running free

Dubai dreams, running wild, running free
Imagination & dreams entice and allure toward the distant corners of the world.
The ever present longing to travel is creeping back.
You feel the yearning, cut the cord, free the spirit.
No more A to B, that much is clear to see.
You’ve booked your tickets, close your eyes, inhale.
Fly away with the zephyr, feel the journey begin.
On desert safari, dry dusty air, baked by saffron sun, pulses across desert sands, in warm embrace.
Relish the bedouin artistry of storytelling, falconry, poetry, song & dance.
Aquamarine persian gulf tides ebb & flow, salt lines faintly crystalise on glistening, sun-kissed, bronzed bodies.
Overcome the dread, Skydive, feel the rush, revel in the spectacular aerial view of the Palm stretched out beneath you.
Beautiful the night, a sparkling & audacious city behold, with skylines that reach for the sky.
Luxury sanctuary in a sumptuous oasis, adorned with crystal chandeliers, inlaid gold, silver, pearls, granite & marble.
Haggle for treasures & frankincense in exciting, mysterious souqs, bustling with gold, silk, gems, and exotic spices, rich, sweet & tantalising.
Puff a fragrant Sheesha on the hushed deck of a creaking, old wooden dhow, meandering through the creek.
Board the cool, sleek monorail hovering above, swelter no more, effortlessly glide to glitzy malls for a dose of fashion & style, see and be seen.
Discover, explore, give Salaams (peace), delight as a guest, or lavish as a host, escape feels glorious.
Sitting at a desk, subsisting, days become weeks, weeks become months, months become years. Wake-up ! Arise, go forth, venture, let your senses run wild & free.
For this is Dubai, city of dreams, anything is possible.

So firstly, I'd like to welcome you to our lovely little poetic home. And secondly, the energy in this piece is the only thing that kept me interested til the end. I can see a lot of potential in your work, but your style was bland and your lengthy lines were a bit confusing. Your descriptions were hit and miss, but I found your use of colors inviting and your plush words like "lavish" and "luxury" really got your mood across to me.

Interestingly penned, but you still have a long way to go before making a name for yourself here.
