Legacy of a King

by King Harry   Feb 14, 2017

Little did I know
Suffering from shame
Regrets I do not have
Myself I have to blame
For all the sadness
And darkened sorrow
For all the yesterdays
Or a single tomorrow
Redemption I do not seek
Beneath my vanished dreams
Tough my soul is trapped
Amongst a million silent screams
In search for shelter in the dark
I do believe indeed
What good is a heart
If it doesn’t bleed

Excellent poem that's thoughtful, reflective and very well rhymed.

Well done and all the best,

    Ben
