Differ

by Moya Strumpher   Mar 23, 2017

It may be the last time our hands ever touch
And our souls meet
I dont want to lose you
You mean something more to me

More than just a word
I dont want to lose you
Not again
The pain makes it hard to find love again

Like a harycane crashing down
Winds that can blow me out
Im just one persone
There's a lot just like me

I don't differ from the rest of the world Somehow you think Im perfect for you
I think you should look further
I feellike you can do better

You dont agree with what I think
And also not what I say
Writing this is the easiest way
Now you cant just say its not true and walk away

It might be the last time our hands touch
And our soul meet
Im dont differ form other
But I agree with one thing
our love will always differ for me

Just some friendly critique, if you don't mind:

    - "harycane" should be "hurricane"
    - "im" should be "I'm"
    - "persone" should be "persone"

My biggest suggestion is to check your grammar here. It's great if you free write or let your thoughts just automatically speak, but I feel like you could make this piece stronger with more work and time on it. Re-read and take your time. You have clear emotions here but it's not coming across as effectively or clearly to the reader.

A warm welcome to the site, Moya.

The emotional depth here and quality of writing is light years beyond your age and I for one look forward to reading more from you.

    Take care
