Jealous Rage

by Mrs. Adams   Jun 26, 2017

Heart went cold
Body went numb
Counting backwards from 100
To try and calm my self down
A jealous rage
I see nothing but red
Soul turning blacker by the second
Anger begins take over
Jealous rage
Negative thoughts running through my mind
Shaking as if I were going through a withdrawal
Yelling and screaming till I lose my voice
Wanting so bad to put my hands around your neck and just
Jealous rage
Take a breath
Count backwards from 5 4 3 2
Damn I can't even get 1 without wanting to choke u
My anger rising again
Praying, asking God to help me with this rage
Tell me
Was she worth this jealous rage
