Purple sunsets

by Beautiful Tragedy   Nov 24, 2017

If you ever watch the sun go down;
You’ll notice how each color spreads across the sky one by one,
Covering each other in layers of beautiful and vibrant watercolors.
Ranging anywhere from pink to Orange and sometimes even a
little red-
These sunsets are captivating and pull you in like a gentle current;
Tugging your eyes towards it until you can’t look away.
Most people can see the beauty in a regular sunset;
How the colors paint the horizon and compliment whatever scenery is around it,
But I always see more.
If you look close enough there is almost always a hint of purple hue in every single one of them;
And that my love is what makes them so elegant.
You are as beautiful as the purple sunsets that decorate our sky
each and every evening;
And nothing makes me feel closer to you than that;
Because you...
You are my purple sunsets

    This has made me realise how long it's been since I properly took the time to watch the sun go down, and now I really want to!
    Likening this beautiful event with your love is superb :-) x
