Falling

I'm sat beside my window looking at the rain falling
Hopelessly
I feel like rain, no purpose no reason to know why I'm here or even want to know why I'm here
I have the weapon at the ready beside me
But I hesitate
The rain gets louder
As if it were talking to me
Telling me theres something worth living for
I put the gun away and I sit by the rain
Hopeless
Or maybe not
