Do you have to like that girl?
When I like you so much
Do you have to find her nice?
And give her your sweet touch?

Do you have to ignore me?
And think of only her?
Do you have to give that stare?
And look past me as a blur?

Do you have to ignore my feelings?
And act like I don’t exist?
Do you have to love her so?
And put me in a twist

Do you have to go out with her?
When I’m alone at night
Do you have to be so sweet?
And bring her that delight?

Do you have to see my sorrow?
And ignore it there and then
Do you have to find another girl?
And do it all again?
