Morning, Michael.
Children arguably evoke the most powerful of questions: which one do you love most? This of course is impossible to answer when you love them for who they are.

Suggestion:
To make the poem more personal, perhaps?

Children

flavours of my life
such beautiful opposites
both crème de la creme

Either way, lovely work.

This brought a smile to my face and just with those few lines
I feel the love and the delight which lies in these words..lovely!

Or combined like Oreos.
