This poem is written so beautifully and the music is so perfect that I am afraid to go to the depth of its meaning. Like a jewelry box so artfully crafted, you ask yourself: what could possibly be inside, that could match the beauty of the box??
I am not an expert in form poetry because I chose to, but sometimes you come across gems like this and you regret.
The musicality of using the letter 'n' & 'g' in; "And nestle where nostalgic sands congeal” and 'c' & 'o' in the line before, and the same, all over this piece, accompanied with the rhythm and the entwine rhymes, sound like few instruments are playing at once. Also the sublime words and the imagery, this is poetry at its best, WOW!!

Mark, this is cleverly written/composed. I absolutely love the internal rhyme and the meter is good, so reading it out loud is a joy.

Meaning - I'll take a stab at this is normally contained in the couplet.

Unlike loves from the past (shells) that only making a dead sound, ring out the new loves like 'magic bells' so very much alive and shining.

    Take care.
