I've probably read more into this than what's there but with you Mr D anything is possible.... But why can't people just be happy with what they've got??

Thanks, Em. You are quite right, happiness should come from within, not from others approval. Accepting ourselves for who we are helps lead more freeing lives.

Happiness is not enough when people want more
and their greed itself will lead to all downfall as well as
make the others around them miserable!

Another clever piece! People’s desire for acceptance is often insatiable - maybe some humble pie would fill the hole better!

Niiiccceeee Michael. So very true! Acceptance or the craving for acceptance can be a two edge sword. Well done-

You have adopted the pure essence of the syntuit
No one, including myself, does it better!

Thank you, Larry. I do hope this form becomes commonplace, taking its rightful place alongside the Haiku and Senyru.

Yes, you can eat from that table as long and as greedily as you like, but you will never get full up. You will just want more and more, like a drug that slowly consumes all that's good in you but never fills the void. A fine little lesson here in three simple lines, proving it really is quality not quantity...especially at the 'acceptance table'.
