In Memory Of Jedda Santos Poem

by Abstract Poet   Aug 30, 2019

She loved her high-heeled shoes, she was
cheeky, she had style, she would be dressed
in purple, it was her favorite color...

she would make people happy by smiling
big at the camera, she would like to take
pictures of herself with her mother.

she would love to play with her barbies
with her sister, they played for hours and
enjoyed making a dump if she would dress.

her dolls in purple to make them beautiful,
she would be happy to do that through
them dress in purple and then come up.

with a story and her imagination would go
wild when she played with her barbies and
saw her smile when she played her sister.

all these memories remain in her mother that
Jedda was a wonderful person she was kind,
sweet and cheeky no one will forget her.

because her memory will live on in everyone's
heart on a day when everyone will meet her
in heaven, I will miss her the most because

I never had the chance to meet her, but she
was a wonderful person that I will keep in
her memory that I will never forget her.

because I am friends with her mother,
because all these memories of Jedda
will never disappear from my mind,

she will always be in my mind of those
days when she played with her dolls with
her sister or took pictures of herself

with her mother, those memories
will remain forever in my heart
and mind of Jedda.

This reminded me of a little girl on Instagram who passed away early this year of cancer. The parents now, are raising funds in her name for other children and their families.
This is special, I am also sure her mother will love it :)

I think that this is a lovely tribute to a little girl lost. It is heart breaking when one so young is taken so soon especially in such a dramatic way. I'm sure her mother will love this. (It gave me goosebumps) Milly x
