Crying with no tears

Is it crying with out tears?

Does it count with out the waterfall
coming down from your lovely face?
Though, you may not show your
worry on the outside, it’s still there
right?

Your pain is still there, still creeping
up from behind or maybe
it’s right in front of you, staring right at your face in this moment of hurt
your pain is inside

Your sadness is still there, still in your head, talking in a little voice
of all the things that have gone wrong,
your sadness is inside

Your anger is still there, still haunting your thoughts, forming the red in your face and your tone
your anger is inside

Your tears are still there
though not running down your face
but in your heart and your soul
there’s so much to hide, so much
you do hide
your tears are inside

Is it crying without tears?
