    I just had to read Timmy Gi's poem before this, since you mentioned it in the comments!

    How true is this whole poem. We wait and wait, and underestimate how giving we are. How deeply we need to receive that same love and support. We're a lifeline to those who don't acknowledge the life we give.

    Such a thoughtful piece. I think there can be some resentment if we don't always speak up or in my case, be truthful even when we seek to please others. Because then there's this build-up, and it's harder to let ourselves be free. Are these people truly are friends? Or do they just seek to take and take and take? For our real friends, support is key, but we cannot keep continuing life running on empty.
