Sonnet 35

Sonnet 35

Into a maze of memories I tread
With half faces, half stories and half names,
As if the days when I smiled and I bled
Together they merged and shared all their flames .
Into a vale of half seen end I sink
I tumble down and fall with a great speed,
Towards the vicissitude when I think
Of truth that consumes all my thought and heed.
Into an ocean of bottomless shade
I dive with heavy body and scarce breath,
To seek life when my breathing starts to fade,
And my numb senses are approaching death.
In a morning, when birds sing merrily,
I witness life, and life does sing to me.
