Glad you posted this one. It's beyond gut-wrenching. And it's amazing how we all can remember certain days vividly, even if the moment themselves are small and don't last long. There are still strangers I remember that impacted me in ways I didn't fully realize at the time, and sometimes, I'll wonder where they are, or how they are, or if they're still on this earth. Simply knowing this man was set on this ring, pleading with you, and so determined to come back, then his fate and realizing the couple in the crash may have been them.
