This was heartbreaking beautiful. That simple plea and desire for someone to see us and accept us when we are most vulnerable. Also, the sheer terror of it. Of wanting their full love, for every part of you, no matter the scar. On a personal level, I felt this piece, especially in the apprehension of someone seeing my scars, how they will react. Will their love be just as tender and true?
