Misleading

How stimulating could something or someone, i.e. a movie, a book, a game, or a person, possibly be if the audience has been riddled with spoilers or has prior knowledge of one or more sections; whether it be the prelude, plot, ending, or a single scene–what would be the point in devoting your time and energy to learning something you already know? There is no room for assumption, anticipation, thrill, comic relief, impressions, hope, faith, any sort of human emotion for another, no let down, no unexpected turn of events, no excitement! There would be no variable, no change, no fluctuation. Life would be too predictable, too consistent and reliable. In my mind, that kind of life would be pointless and have no meaning because there would be nothing left to the unknown, no myths or legends, no story telling or unsolved mysteries. Where’s the thrill in that? Life would be so boring without that adventure, the chance of going a different direction or following a path that you could not even dream of because, maybe it wasn’t your dream to begin with…you didn't make this one up, maybe she did?
