    "Don’t convince me things were different"

    It's true. Our memories are faulty and that introduces a little room for doubt to creep and change how we 'remember' something completely, and this poem encapsulated that. Well-written piece!

    Loved this line in particular. A great poem that really works through the battle between hope and disbelief.
