Mom, I know

by Samantha   Jul 13, 2004

I know I'm not perfect
And I know I'll never be
I know I'm not the best daughter
And my incessant annoyance of wanting things is never great
My disappointments, I know, can never be replaced
My love for you though, will be forever.
I know we fight
I know it hurts
But inside I know, it is never meant
Mom, I will love you always
No matter what
I know you try
I know its hard
Without dad here
But I know we'll make it
Because you're strong
And I can see that
Sometimes we hate,
Sometimes we hurt
But those times are always outnumbered
By wonderful times
Mom, I will love you always
No matter what
And I know that will never change.
