Comments : Life or Money?

This poem reflects what’s going on now a days. It’s well written. It makes one wonder about today’s situation. It makes me wonder if the lockdowns are driving people crazy? If people are being stripped out of their sanity? But it could just be their personalities though. We have introverts and extroverts. Introverts are having a better time if they stay home (of course depends how crowded their home is) and vice versa. If there are more members in a household, may be the extroverts are having a better time? Who knows. Realistically speaking, i think no one is really having a good time. The poem shows the dilemma in which we are currently living - life or money.

    Thank you for sharing

A sad picture of the times, truthfully painted.

Hello Milly, a telling piece for sure. It truly does show what happens when we are not allowed to travel freely about. This pandemic has pushed our sanity to breaking points. Well done, I hope you are weathering these storms safely and ok...hugs-

So much despair in this poem. The truth is, this pandemic is killing us. If we don't end up being one of the many in the morgue, our minds will twist into unrecognisable wrecks. I know i have joked about zombies, but some people do seem fixated on the end of lockdown that yes, they would rush this and ignore that their blindness could cause the death of their brother!

Well said, Milly. It is nice to have you back. :)

Talking about craziness imagine people like me who thinks there is no pandemic and those who want the vaccine are crazy. "You don't need a pandemic for people to take the vaccine, you just need the fear of a pandemic".

Rog, Thankyou for taking the time to comment. It doesn't really make sense to me that someone would believe that fear alone of an imagined pandemic would be reason enough for governments (globally) to jeopardise their economies spending billions on lockdowns and vaccines on a whim.

I'm sure instead that the many thousands of families currently grieving for loved ones they have lost or almost lost would wish there had been a vaccine in place sooner.

Milly I understand it too well because some people very close to me think the same, to my dismay. In case you dare to think for yourself, take a look at this video from 2014 :

This is the document mentioned in the video, look for page 18:

And this is just one example, I could paste many more links of serious scientists and doctors.

Rog, I'm sorry but I just can't take you seriously. What a joker you are. You almost had me going for one tiny moment on your first message but the second was the giveaway. I saw right through you then. I get it. Times are dark and we all need a good laugh and boy did that make me laugh. (still chuckling) Can't believe that there are actual people out there who genuinely believe that garbage. Still the world is full of strange and interesting people. You really are a crazy dude x

Ok I hope you are right. I won't take any vaccine because I'm not afraid of getting a virus. Way more scary to read the label on those ???? prevention? cure? immunity? care? health? . I don't get it. But I am crazy who cares
