This LITERALLY took my breath away! Especially "teach me what blood means" - oh my word! The opening image was so intense, and I found the wrath and unleashed fury and passion in this. Then, it's softened. But still alive. The "quiet rebellion" of love. I thought of you wanting that control in your life, them being the meaning behind it all, and you, following in their wake. I also took it as them not necessarily seeing you as weak or their "prey" so to speak, but genuinely adoring being in that center light. You see them in everything and revere them, and they can't help but relish in it.

    Such a provoking piece!
