Murcurial

Mercurial fixings; slipping aside

Reveal to me, don't run, don't hide

Stop a second, dwell here-in

Be not gone, say not Fin

Stop a while, stay with me

Tell your tale, I'll listen. Advise

Though on second thought I'll revise

Reverse that choice, move along

Off you go, to right some wrong

To fight whatever, good or bad

To make us happy, make us glad

But hold on there, perhaps to stay

To hear the words; I have to say

To you, whilst your here

To whisper softly, whilst your near

To touch tender; to caress your skin

My mercurial fixings, the ones within

Supernatural; extra-normal

Megalithic and sub-formal

Monster that dwells within

Take thy substance, drink thy gin

Smile at strangers, watch them cringe

Advertise; lunatic fringe

Miss-spell, miss type

Damp it down; over hype

Concentrate, on everything

On one knee, doughnut ring

End is nigh, so lets begin

Caress, mercurial fixings.

Within.
