New Love

by Nurin Izanie   Nov 16, 2022

You were once my 4 seasons,
but I despised cold the most.
I wished,
I never spelt you with the curse.

I tried to forget,
that lifeless hanging figure,
the guilt in me,
say otherwise.

The unbreakable spell,
the broken promises,
the bittersweet memories,
is it the end?

Echoed guitar strumming,
wake me up from remorse,
I saw your shadow,
In him.

The dawn is breaking,
Even without your existence,
I found a new love,
That you left me behind.

Don't waste time on someone who doesn't appreciate you.
Find the one who love you more than you love yourself
