Digging Deeper

Screaming at myself to stop the pain
Watching myself continue to dig deeper

All these voices shouting in my head
Tearing my insides to complete shreds

Picking at the many tiny pieces left
Trying to find something worth keeping

Wishing so bad I could end this game
Madness pulls me back in every time

Spiraling out of control once again
Fighting a battle I'm destined to lose

There's no safe place for me to hide
the monster follows me everywhere I go
