I think we all create our own hell or our own heaven.
There’s a lot of what we do that we can control and a lot more that we have no control of. But something I like the most is that “it feels good to breathe”. Though sometimes, I have to hold my breathe in order to be able to breathe without discomfort. It’s fascinating how our bodies work. There’s a lot going on. It’s hard to listen. But sometimes learning to listen to at least what our bodies are saying can help us the most. Even by just focusing on our breathing.

I’m probably of no help but just wanted to stop by and say that even though we don’t talk much, you are always in my thoughts. I know you, even though, i don’t know you, and I probably don’t know you well ,but, well, at least I know a bit of you and knowing you this bit has let me realize that you are awesome. I hope to continue reading more poems from you.
