Fading in Silence

by Kiara Mhera   Aug 5, 2025

I held myself up,
just like any other day,
pretending it doesn’t hurt

But the
sharp and cold eyes,
that pierce through me.
Make I hurt so much more

Look at me...
See how my world fades.
The light slips away,
and I let it,
piece by piece,
until there’s nothing left.
