My Forsaken Child

by tati   Jul 18, 2004

Little angel over there
Little darling be prepared
The pure 1 dressed in white
The dark will find you

Little devil go away
Come again some other day
I’ve only heard the words you say
And I can’t fight you

I hear they’re voices in my head
Reassuring me I’m not dead
Yet the question continues on
My innocence dies within me

Full moon chants, dancing light
Hollow forests covered in white
Banish me within the night
Where no1 can find me

Long forsaken melodies
Forbidden creature beckon me
Into the light where I cant see
I’m blinded by reality

Wilted flowers turn to dust
Suffocated in my broken trust
Nevermore, more life to crush
Doomed to be lifeless, my veins shall rust
