Dying Inside of Myself

No one cares if I die,
I know
Because I have been
Inside of this body in a place they call life for years.

So why would anyone care
If the rest of me died?
No one would,
It's as simple as that.
No one.

So my time is ticking down.
Soon I'll feel no more pain.
What I've been trying to get away from for years,
Will be gone.
In one short, swift movement
All of my pain will be out the door,
And I will be away from my living hell.
