SPEAKING FROM TH HEART
I'm angry and at my lowest of lows,
all because of my regretful ways,
and all my problems i won't show,
but i guess thats why it always stays.

I'm agitated, and inside I'm annoyed,
the feeling of depression overwhelms me,
as every smile is constantly destroyed,
leaving a feeling so empty.

Every time i get like this, i pull away,
Distancing myself from everyone,
Telling them, I'm honestly okay,
but inside the feeling weighs a ton.

I try so hard to handle this on my own,
the feeling of depression and all its ways,
But the feeling seems to never go,
And it gets harder each and everyday.

The truth is I want to talk about it,
but not sure where I should start,
Believe me its harder than I'll admit
speaking from the heart.
